The sugarcane fiber is long, and plasticity is strong, so sugarcane is made into finished products, do not need to add auxiliary agents because of molding problems. Sugarcane pulp can be either wet pulp or pressed into paddle boards through a drying process. Bagasse pulp in wet pulp state was then added with water to form a certain concentration of slurry directly for pulp molding production; The pulp plate should be broken through the pulp machine and then added water to configure the pulp into a certain concentration for pulp molding production. A certain concentration of slurry is supplied to the pulp molding machine. The slurry is formed, shaped and cut into molding products in a pulp molding machine. In the process of pulp molding, the raw materials are mainly commercial pulp boards, including wood pulp, sugarcane pulp, reed pulp and bamboo pulp. The pulping section is the same as the traditional pulp molding production process, including beating and mixing two processes. Pulping is to put the pulp raw materials into the hydraulic pulper, through the hydraulic pulper to the raw material pulp board into fiber pulp, and then the fiber pulp of the pulper for screening, desanding and other purification treatment, and then through the pulper to appropriate fiber filamination, in order to improve the binding force between fibers. Mixing pulp is to add fillers, pigments and waterproof and oil-proof functional additives in the purified and processed pulp, which is prepared into the pulp suitable for product quality requirements, and the concentration of pulp should be controlled. In order to ensure the continuous production process and product uniformity, it is necessary to control the liquid level height in the slurry storage tank and slurry mixing tank, and add fillers, ingredients and water regularly and quantitatively.

Fiber forming in pulp molding production uses mechanical extrusion to produce higher molding pressure. The pulp pump will feed the pulp in the slurry tank into the quantitative grouting device, and inject it into the drainage molding device after quantification. Then, under the action of hydraulic press, the upper mold is extended into a pulp-filled shaper to meet the lower mold and extrude the pulp. The water in the slurry is discharged through the holes in the mesh mold, and the fibers are formed between the upper and lower molds. At the end of molding, the upper mold is connected with vacuum, and the lower mold is connected with compressed air. The wet paper die blank is moved to the upper mold under the vacuum suction effect of the upper mold and the blown off effect of the compressed air of the lower mold. Finally, the wet paper die blank is removed from the upper mold and sent to dry. The pressure of the pulp during extrusion molding is 0.6~ 1.2mpa, the vacuum degree of the upper mold vacuum chamber is about 780Pa, the pressure of the compressed air blowing out the wet product is 0.1~ 0.2mpa, and the water content of the wet paper mold blank after molding is 65%~75%. The molding time is determined by the quality requirements of the product, depending on the structure of the molding device, pulp concentration and fiber beating degree.
