At our factory, mould making isn't a outsourced step — it's a core part of who we are. Our in-house engineering and tooling team handles the entire process under one roof:

1. Design & Engineering
We work directly from your product requirements, sketches, or samples. Our engineers develop the CAD models, optimize the structural and draft design for pulp moulding, and simulate forming and drying behavior before a single cut is made.

2. Mould Manufacturing
Our tooling shop machines, assembles, and finishes both forming moulds and transfer/drying moulds in-house. Using CNC machining and precision fabrication, we control tolerances, mesh patterns, and surface finish directly — no third-party tooling delays, no communication gaps.

3. Sampling & Validation
New moulds are trialed on our own production equipment. We produce samples, refine the tooling as needed, and validate dimensional accuracy and surface quality before releasing the mould to production.

4. Mass Production
Because the same team that built the mould also runs it, we can troubleshoot fast, maintain tooling proactively, and scale from prototype to high-volume runs without handoffs. Your product goes from design to finished, packed goods within one integrated operation.
